with the amount of food that my mum has bought for christmas I have no clue how im going to survive…
I’ve been reasonable with myself and said that I am allowed to put on a maximum 2lb over the christmas period - from the day i finished school (today, 16th December) to the day I go back to school (4th January) -
and literally from then onwards i’ll have to lose those 2lb as quick as possible so I can continue losing weight.
Ergh, this is the first time I’m dreading Christmas food -.-
